Is the free version actually usable?

Yes. The daily check-in, written reflections and two practice tracks are all in the free tier, and they are the parts that matter most day to day. We would rather you use the free version for a year than feel tricked in week one.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from your app store subscription settings, with no retention maze and no exit survey. Cancelling leaves you on the free tier rather than locking you out.

Is Lifetime really one payment?

Do you offer regional pricing?
